Meet Amelia, the primary host of No Names Just Vibes podcast. She's the ultimate "therapist friend"—the one holding space for raw, unfiltered stories from healthcare workers, caregivers, educators, and anyone burnt out from the daily grind.
Her vibe? all heart: stripping away titles and résumés to focus on real humanity, like what it feels like at 3 a.m. on a tough shift no matter your title.
Her Journey
Amelia grew up reading rooms at cookouts and block parties, naturally drawing out people's deepest stories. She transitioned from education gigs and side-hustle support for overwhelmed friends into podcasting as a "pressure valve" for collective exhales amid burnout and systemic numbness.

As co-host with Tyrone Wigfall (Executive Director at ISH), she brings friend-on-the-couch energy—gentle questions, no rushing, humor amid the heavy. Episodes dive into compassion over credentials, celebrating the "invisible backbone" in the medical field and beyond

We talked to the community literally and found that charging more than $400 to become a caregiver is robbery. Starting your journey toward a better life shouldn’t cost as much as your rent. That’s why we slashed the price by more than half, so you can afford school and still have money left over. This is your community’s solution. *Even if inflation continues we will fight for this price.
The Standard Against Rising Costs
While training costs elsewhere climb into the thousands and push students into debt, ISH sets the standard for affordable, accessible healthcare education. Nationally, fewer than one in four people can afford the cost of care and that crisis begins with who can afford to become a caregiver. ISH exists to close that gap, not widen it.

The standard we set doesn’t stop at graduation. Our community partnerships turn training into real job opportunities, so success isn’t measured by certificates alone it’s measured by lasting careers.

Welcome to ISH, a family-run venture that my mom and I built from our shared passion for honest, affordable education. Growing up watching my mom thrive in the medical and education fields taught me that real change comes from transparency and tangible action, not just pretty words.
Here at ISH, my vision is threefold:
Keep Prices Low: We’re dedicated to making education affordable while ensuring our operations remain sustainable and profitable.
Create a Memorable Experience: Every student or, as I like to call you, every community member deserves a personalized, impactful experience that leaves a lasting impression.
Engage to Innovate: I genuinely enjoy the spirit of innovation. While we collaborate with other schools to shape the future of education, I believe every institution is here with a unique purpose: to serve our future leaders.

These big moves pull me into more meetings, more testing, and more vision-casting. Still, they’re all in service of one thing: keeping ISH not just open, but evolving, sustainable, and unapologetically Innovative.
