Meet Amelia, the primary host of No Names Just Vibes podcast. She's the ultimate "therapist friend"—the one holding space for raw, unfiltered stories from healthcare workers, caregivers, educators, and anyone burnt out from the daily grind.

Welcome to ISH—a family-run venture that my mom and I built from our shared passion for honest, affordable education. Growing up watching my mom thrive in the medical and education fields taught me that real change comes from transparency and tangible action, not just pretty words.
Here at ISH, my vision is threefold:
Keep Prices Low: We’re dedicated to making education affordable while ensuring our operations remain sustainable and profitable.
Create a Memorable Experience: Every student—or as I like to call you, every community member—deserves a personalized, impactful experience that leaves a lasting impression.

A lot can change in two weeks. While I’ve been a bit quiet here, we’ve been loud in the Innovative Labs—launching our No Names Just Vibes podcast, leveling up the brand, and pushing the site to feel as modern and intentional as the students we serve. These big moves pull me into more meetings, more testing, and more vision-casting. Still, they’re all in service of one thing: keeping ISH not just open, but evolving, sustainable, and unapologetically Innovative.
Okay, a little late on this blog post but better late than never, right? This week has been such a blur it feels like a couple of days were skipped just to throw me off. We’re cooking up something really cool in the Innovative Labs—odd in the best way—but I can’t quite reveal it yet. When it drops, you’ll see it here on the Innovative site, because we’re always working to be more than a school and lean into that com·mu·ni·ty·ish energy we love to talk about. Ideas aren’t free; they take time, know‑how, and resources, so we’re carefully choosing which ones to pull from the Lab and whether now is the right moment. This Founder’s note is shorter than usual because I’m knee‑deep in the Labs (and maybe losing a little hair over it), so you just stay ready—we’re committed to innovating in non‑boring ways.
As Executive Director, I'm committed to leading with authenticity and transparency. That's why we've added live Google reviews directly to our site—no hiding what students who have experienced our services are saying. Your voices matter, and your feedback helps future students make sound choices.
