Entry-Level Program
Caregiver
Start with practical training for supportive care roles in assisted living and healthcare environments.
The Caregiver Program prepares students for entry-level caregiving positions in assisted living and other healthcare settings. Training is offered online with required campus lab instruction.
- Requirements
- Must be 18 years old before course completion
- Program length
- 50 online lecture hours plus 12 required lab hours
- Tuition
- $400, including food handler training and state test
Bridge Program
CNA / LNA
Build on your nursing assistant experience and prepare for medication-focused assisted living support roles.
This bridge program is designed for certified or licensed nursing assistants seeking assisted living opportunities, with focused preparation for the Medication Technician role.
- Requirements
- Must be 18 years old before course completion
- License
- Current Arizona State Board of Nursing license in good standing
- Program length
- 16 online hours plus one medication-management lab day
- Tuition
- $350, including food handler training and state test
Career Step-Up
DCW Bridge
Turn qualifying direct care experience into a stronger pathway toward caregiver work in assisted living.
The DCW Bridge Program provides foundational nursing-care knowledge for students eligible through approved Arizona direct-care-worker training pathways.
- Eligibility
- Approved AHCCCS Direct Care Worker training is required
- Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Tuition
- $350; state test is not included
Specialty Training
Med Tech
Learn medication support fundamentals for safer, more confident work in care environments.
The Medication Technician Program teaches medication-management fundamentals for nursing assistants, caregivers, and other unlicensed assistive personnel.

Welcome to ISH, a family-run venture that my mom and I built from our shared passion for honest, affordable education. Growing up watching my mom thrive in the medical and education fields taught me that real change comes from transparency and tangible action, not just pretty words.
Here at ISH, my vision is threefold:
Keep Prices Low: We’re dedicated to making education affordable while ensuring our operations remain sustainable and profitable.
Create a Memorable Experience: Every student or, as I like to call you, every community member deserves a personalized, impactful experience that leaves a lasting impression.

A lot can change in two weeks. While I’ve been a bit quiet here, we’ve been loud in the Innovative Labs—launching our No Names Just Vibes podcast, leveling up the brand, and pushing the site to feel as modern and intentional as the students we serve. These big moves pull me into more meetings, more testing, and more vision-casting. Still, they’re all in service of one thing: keeping ISH not just open, but evolving, sustainable, and unapologetically Innovative.
