Step 1

Before class starts

Your instructor will email the tools and access information you need before your course begins.

✓Your eBook login information
✓Your E Food Handlers Card, if required for your course

Your class access arrives by email.

Save the email from your instructor so your Google Classroom and eBook details are easy to find later.

First priority Accept your Google Classroom invitation as soon as you receive it.

Step 2

Your schedule & pace

This is a two-week class designed to help you build knowledge, confidence, and practical skills while meeting important deadlines.

✓Assignments are due Monday–Friday by 11:59 PM.
✓Work at your own pace, as long as every deadline is met.
✓Want to finish faster? You may complete multiple lessons in one day.

🗓️ Your manager will be notified so your work schedule can be adjusted. If you are self-paying, we’ll notify you so you can plan ahead.

Two focused weeks.

Build a simple daily routine and do not wait until the end of the week to begin your coursework.

Step 3

Hybrid learning, real support

Your program brings online learning and live guidance together, so you can practice your skills with confidence.

✓In-person lab skills training and hands-on practice
✓Lab training is not required for CNA Bridge students
✓Live Zoom training sessions for real-time support and answers

📱 Classes are scheduled within 48 hours of your start date. You will receive a text message with the details.

Your weekday routine

Every weekday, complete these three items in Google Classroom to show your participation and keep your progress moving.

1Daily Attendance Attestation
Confirms that you participated that day.
2Lesson Summary — Part 1
Write a short summary of what you learned.
3Lesson Quiz — Part 2
Demonstrate what you learned in the lesson.

Step 5

Post, quiz & progress

Your Google Classroom is your learning hub. Use it to share what you are learning, submit work, and track feedback.

✓Post your lesson summary in the Stream section—the front page of Google Classroom—so classmates can learn alongside you.
✓Score 80% or higher on each lesson quiz.
✓You may retake quizzes as many times as needed.
✓Your instructor checks the classroom twice each week, and grades are returned weekly.

Review grades weekly, revisit any lesson you need, and retake quizzes until you meet the required score.

Final step

You’re almost there!

After completing your Google Classroom work and in-person training, you will be ready for your final exam.

✓The final exam will be posted in Google Classroom.
✓You will have one week to study, prepare, and complete it.
✓You must score 80% or higher to pass.
✓Plan your study time wisely and submit before the deadline.
